Overview

Smart Company began as an initiative to streamline our office's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) by implementing a rigorous system. Initially focused on monitoring employee attendance, task lists, marketing performance, and employee evaluations, Smart Company evolved into a Software as a Service (SaaS) application designed to assist companies in employee management. Developed using Laravel and Bootstrap, it was enriched with additional features such as document archiving, financial management, contract management, and comprehensive reporting capabilities to empower leaders in making informed decisions.

Challenges
